Brown beef in large Dutch over medium heat.
Drain excess fat.
Add chili powder, garlic, sliced peppers and chopped onions.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook and stir for 30 minutes.
Add tomatoes, beef broth, green chilies, cumin, paprika, vinegar, oregano and hot pepper sauce.
Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with diced avocado and red onions.
Sit back and enjoy!
