Chilli Pork Chops with Coleslaw Recipe, a speedy supper for midweek family meals

Preparation and Cooking time: 30 mins.

• 4 large or 8 small pork chops
• 2 tsp mild chilli powder
• 100ml olive oil
• 3 tbsp caster sugar
• 3 tbsp cider vinegar

Sweet chilli pork burgers recipe, these burgers are great for barbecue party, everyone will love them.

Cooking time: 25 min
Serves: 4

• 400g pork mince
• 1 onion, grated
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 tbsp sweet chilli dipping sauce (Wagamama does a good one)
• a small handful coriander, chopped
• 3 tbsp fresh breadcrumbs
• 1 egg yolk, beaten
• sunflower oil
• 4 ciabatta rolls, halved and lightly toasted
